Jillian lives and works in N’dakina (now known as Vermont), the ancestral land of the Abenaki people.

She is a freelance marketer and textile maker. Her background is in regenerative agriculture, environmental policy, and municipal government. She loves sheep so much that she thinks she might have been one in a past life.
